This Buenos Aires Walking Tour is one of the most complete city tours of Buenos Aires and it allow you to discover and feel the porteña essence and culture. Using public transportation will make you part of the amazing city, going from the oldest neighborhoods to the most beautiful ones. You will explore the center of Buenos Aires, called Microcentro, walking through San Telmo, then go to the famous Caminito street of La Boca and end the tour at Recoleta neighborhood.
Our walking tour starts at San Martin Plaza, at the end of Florida street, where we'll take the subway to the Obelisk, a symbol of Buenos Aires. From here you will walk down Avenida 9 de Julio and experience the local life of this lively street.
This avenue leads to almost every important monuments of the city, allowing you to discover and observe the changes the city went through since its foundation by Spanish colonists. We will find our way to Plaza de Mayo, Argentina's main square and political center, filled with history! We'll visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Cabildo, Colonial Town Hall, and the Casa Rosada, the Pink Presidential Headquarters.
We'll head down Defensa Street and head to the next stop on our walking tour, San Telmo, one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. San Telmo's antique markets, candle street-lighting, cobblestone streets, and historic buildings add to its uniquely bohemian atmosphere. On sundays, a artisan market takes place on this very own street, filling up the place with activity as the main street market comes alive around the Plaza Dorrego.

Then, we will take the bus to the La Boca neighborhood, known for the Boca Juniors stadium and the colorful Caminito street.
